Having personally gone from zero experience to finding remote work, I’ve learned how to use clear and accessible communication skills in cross-cultural and cross-departmental teams to help students be heard and seen in the global workplace!

我在台灣長大，4 歲開始接觸英文和不同文化，接著便一路把自己丟到世界各地：

I grew up in Taiwan, started experiencing different cultures at age of 4, and have since thrown myself into adventures all over the world:

• 🇩🇪 大學｜德國哥廷根交換一年
• 💼 畢業後｜進入區塊鏈金融科技圈，發現自己和通勤八字不合
• 🌏 半年後｜開始在亞太區進行全英文遠距工作，從 Tech Recruiter 轉職成 Product Marketing Manager
• 🤝 與香港、新加坡、印尼、澳洲、歐洲等團隊合作，跨國、跨時區、跨文化全都經歷過
• 🎓 2024-2026｜赴荷蘭攻讀國際溝通碩士

• 🇳🇿 Age 11 | Elementary school in Rotorua, New Zealand + local homestay
• 🇺🇸 Age 16 | Summer high school program in Boston, USA
• 🇩🇪 College | One-year exchange program in Göttingen, Germany
• 💼 After graduation | I entered the blockchain fintech industry, only to realize that commuting just wasn’t for me
• 🌏 Six months later | Started working remotely in APAC, with international teams. Transitioning from a Tech Recruiter to a Product Manager
• 🤝 Collaborated with teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, and Europe, gained experience working across borders, time zones, and cultures

How Can I Help

• Former Recruiter at Crypto.com and Fazz Tech, I’ve collaborated with hiring managers worldwide, reviewed countless resumes, and interviewed over 300 international candidates. I later transitioned to a Product Manager (User Growth) role. Beyond my expertise in remote recruitment, interview techniques, and retention strategies, I’ve developed practical tips for cross-border and cross-departmental communication
• Practical Background: I began working remotely across borders in 2021 , having personally navigated the process of finding remote work with zero prior experience. I’ve worked in multinational remote teams across Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Europe, learning how to use clear and accessible communication skills to help participants be heard and seen in the international workplace, across cultures, departments, and time zones
• Instructor Experience: Co-organizer of the “2024 Job Hunting Mentor Program for Multinational Companies,” a three-month online cohort course that helped 50 participants master essential skills for job hunting at multinational companies and for remote roles
• Currently working as a career advisor for remote workers and freelancers on a freelance basis, I hope to share my knowledge and experiences with more Taiwanese learners, helping them discover and find a flexible career path that suits them
